Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?
Order Changes: Once your order is placed, it’s carefully processed to be made just for you. Because each item is created especially for you, we can’t make any changes after your order is confirmed, so please double-check your details before finalizing your purchase!
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours. After that, we can’t cancel it as we start preparing it for you right away. But don’t worry—we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order, and we’ll make sure to find a solution.
Mistakes? If there’s an error or issue with your order (like a wrong size or a problem with the design), please reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll do everything we can to fix it for you!
Refund and Returns Policy
Since each product is lovingly made to order just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size, color, or design. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make things right!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace or refund it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the issue.
-A photo showing all affected products together (for multiple items).
Delivery Issues
If your order isn’t delivered successfully, we’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a reprint (at an additional charge) or a partial refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after verification.
Note: Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are standard and do not qualify as defects.
